The person who took my order was so rude. She should be fired. I left there thinking 🤔 she has no business in customer service. I will be calling Panera to tell them who she is.
Rhani is a great server. Not only did she get our order correctly, but I had to go back to her several times to get things that we needed – – a cup for water, to-go container, and a fresh cup of coffee. She’s very friendly and accommodating.
Great food and service at a fair price.
