We like Panera but this location on Bald Hill Rd has a young woman with glasses and brown hair in the morning at the register who puts her fingers inside/on top of the paper cup when she gives it to you. She handles cash so it’s gross and I’m sure the RI Board of Health wouldn’t approve. Also, the carpets are disgustingly dirty. Parts are black with dirt. With the prices they charge, one would assume they could clean them or if they’re too old, replace them!
The food is consistent here and it’s good The service was excellent that night according to my husband who typically complains about something but actually wrote a review because they were so nice
Went in last night grabbed some soup and everyone was great. Great vibes especially for it being the end of the night. Thank you to you all for being kind. Sorry for coming last minute I do t like to be that guy lol Again thank you for the kindness. We need more people them in the world
Coffee was good as expected.
