I ordered a drink for pick up. When I got there my cup wasn’t on the counter so I had to go up and give them my name so I could get my order, which is fine with me. But when I was handed the cup the guy who was doing QC on 7-17-25 @ 13:00 did not change his dirty gloves, he proceeded to grab the cup with two fingers and he got food residue inside the cup. That was gross, I had to ask for a new cup and I hope they start changing their gloves when they’re visibly dirty.
We have loved Panera up until about a month ago. We would usually get a salad, in particular the Mediterranean Chicken greens and grains and the Asian Sesame, however the last two times we have ordered either, they have become almost 1/2 the size they used to be and are missing some ingredients….like our order two nights ago when the Mediterranean salad had no hummus and skimped on the extra chicken and extra grains, both of which I paid for. There was hardly any tuna on my sandwich, less than a tablespoon. The sandwich and a self serve fountain drink is over $15. I left hungry and it upset my stomach. The place is a complete rip off, and has gone downhill severely. There were hardly any people in there at dinner time, which is telling.
