I paid $119 for the annual Sip Club membership, so I expected to be able to enjoy decent coffee at Panera. Unfortunately, the coffee at the Panera Bread location inside Jackson Hospital has been extremely diluted and basically has no taste. It honestly seems like the coffee machine needs to be fixed or properly maintained.
