Supposed to be a cafe, where you can work for a bit, but with no restroom, it feels very inhospitable and inconvenient to spend more time here. Wish I could have stayed for a pastry and hang out a bit. Instead, I grabbed lunch and headed out

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt compelled to share this. My mom was a patient at Jackson Memorial Hospital for over 20 days, and during that time I came to Panera Bread almost daily. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and healthy, but what really stood out to me was the staff.
