Food and service are excellent. This location has one missing tablet and one broken tablet ( For quite some time now) so don't be in a hurry to order. The floor at the entrance is quite dirty and the dining area is so ridiculously cold you have to eat outside . When you dine outside you cannot re-enter through the patio door since it's locked from the outside. Great food but the store really needs to clean up its act!
Horrible experience. 35 mins on drive thru (no line) for just 1 chai late and bagel. No napkis or knife to spread the cheese. Chai latte tasted horrible. (I love chai latte taste. This one was horrible). Decided to enter and order a regular latte inside (since drive took for ever). Another 39 mins later, I ask for the latte, they tell me “sorry, machine was slow. Kids in there were moving their mouths more than their hands. They need a manager or supervisor in there. I left without any coffee.
