I had a very unprofessional experience at this Panera during an Uber Eats pickup. The employee at the front counter was actively playing on a Nintendo Switch when I arrived. When I stated that I was there for a delivery pickup, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior, as if I was interrupting something more important. Whether it’s 8 in the morning or 8 at night, delivery drivers deserve the same level of professionalism and respect as any other customer. This was disappointing and should be addressed by management.
My fellow Americans, Today I want to share my recent experience at Panera Bread at 152nd Street. Let me begin by saying that the employees were fantastic—professional, kind, and doing the best they can. My concern is not with them.
