Great staff. If it wasn't over priced I'd eat here often
I was held hostage in line for a half an hour because they wouldn’t pull the current customer through. We waited here literally 30 minutes and couldn’t go anywhere. I couldn’t back out and I couldn’t leave. This is the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at Panera bread I can’t understand for the life of me why they wouldn’t have the person ahead of us pull off to allow others to go through. The idiocy of this Panera bread in Harborcreek was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had
