Worst experience. Messed up our order of simple oatmeal serving it cold and then gave us attitude when i asked them to re-heat it and served way too hot. Had better experience in the past.
I came here on my lunch break to get a sandwich, and I ordered through the app using the rapid pick up option. When I arrived, my sandwich was made completely wrong (I asked for a caprese with no tomatoes and extra cheese, the sandwich had tomatoes and minimal cheese). I understand that it's a peculiar order, but I've ordered it here before without problem so I wasn't expecting any issue today. The food is very hit or miss. I’ve ordered a few times from here now. Pictured is the chipotle, chicken, egg, and avo sandwich sub sourdough. I’ve received a few wrong orders and a bad apple. I’ve learned I have to narrow my selections to items that will be made the best. The bagels never miss and I love the chicken salad!
