I could tell that the restaurant was understaffed by the coffee station looking sloppy and the supplies extremely low. The bagles were over baked and the cranberry slice was not heated up and I was not asked if I wanted it done. The cranberries were still frozen. Over all the place looked worn out. The limited staff were respectful and handle a disputed receipt extremely well.
Didn’t have a good experience at this restaurant. The bathrooms were not clean at all (the floors were sticky). The napkin dispenser was empty and the floor was dirty. The food wasn’t great either. I ordered a Greek salad and it did not come with feta cheese as indicated on the menu. The quality of the chicken at Panera has gone down.
Went in for a bagel with cream cheese at noon. They literally had 2 bagels left, not in a flavor I would want. The restaurant seemed dirty, the restroom trash was overflowing and there was no toilet paper in the stall. The bathroom floor was stickier than a college bar floor. I left without purchasing anything and I won’t be back.
Panera has the best brunch food! Been coming to this location & it never disappoints!
