Everyone was friendly and manager Greg even stopped by table to make sure everything was good
I love Paneras food, but it seems to take too long to get the food. I have 30 min for lunch and we were waiting for almost 30 min just to get the food. I still had to drive back to work and eat it.
To recap I worked at this location both associate and manager for years and i've never seen this run so poorly. Waited 40 minutes past rpu time and the two girls on line hadn't started the order yet. Manager needs to work on management skills and also be wearing a hairnet if youre not going to practice proper hygiene. She stated multiple times that the line was backed up but just stood there and did nothing while they were "backed up". several other people waiting on orders left without their orders.
