I do a lot of corporate catering for my Business meetings and though I do like PANERA, I feel in recent years the service and quality has suffered, but today I met an amazing manager at the Southbury, Connecticut location named Paige She was kind, empathetic, smart efficient, and worked with me on a last-minute change when most Panera managers would have said no she was even shorthanded that day as she was working the line with her coworkers like a great leader and still stopped to help me with a last-minute change to my ord... read more
Staff was super quick and attentive. Food is always comfort food, can’t go wrong. Jeff behind the counter was awesome!
Lettuce has already gone bad and this isn’t the first time this has happened.
One of the best Panera Bread places. The service is friendly, helpful and efficient. I order ahead and my food is always ready. This location is also a test location where Panera experiments with new menu options or ingredients.
