I’ve been coming to Panera for years, and I usually have a great experience, but today was really upsetting. The cashier, Jacob, was rude in a way that felt completely unnecessary. I just asked to switch the cheese on a kids’ meal—something I’ve done before without any problem—and he acted like I was asking for something impossible. I’ve been coming here for weeks for the sip club and I accidentally mobile ordered a drink to the complete wrong location. They refused to honor my sip club at this location or just give me a fountain cup. This is something so small and could’ve been resolved simply but they had ZERO customer service and said to go get my drink at the location I ordered across town. Drive through lady on Saturday 0/10 for everything. SMH
Like the fact there is an actual person to take the order. Don't like ordering from a kiosk.
They have great food and great service just could do without the bread they put in it's hard as a rock
