First the place was dirty and ghetto. My order was suppose to be ready by 6:30pm and I sat until 6:55pm waiting. Then after waiting all that time they tell me after that they ran out of 2 of the items I ordered and said to come back tomorrow and get it!!! Like I didnt want it tomorrow it was dinner tonight. Then after that I go in my car and look in the bag I realize I am missing items such as a bowl of soup, the bread bowl and a baguette! I wasn’t greeted. Waited until I realized I needed to order on the kiosk. Only a customer talked to me during my visit. It seems you pay more for less. What happened to customer service? The salad was not worth the money. Why is Panera allowing this? Seriously?

The food was very good, but the service to receive the food took a long time. Also, we ate inside. We were sitting in a booth and one of us had to repeatedly get up to see if our food was ready. A simple name call out would be nice. The screen is not visible from the booths.
