Got my order wrong. I ordered a frontega chicken and chicken noodle soup. I have no idea what this sandwich is but it's definitely not a frontega chicken and doesn't taste good. I was better off going home and eating my salad in the refrigerator
I have been told by other customers at Paneras that the police are asking many questions EVERYTIME I go to Paneras. I give it a 5 for food and service And 1 star for atmosphere due to the police 🤔 is it because I filed a lawsuit and formal complaints against the NYPD ?
We had a large order and they forgot several items. Tory P. reached out indicating they would give us a refund on some of the items. They never gave us the refund and then they ghosted us via email with over seven different follow ups. Do not order from this place because clearly they don't know how to make their orders correctly and obviously their management takes no accountability.
