Worst Panera Experience Bum outside the front door smoking weed and begging for money. Then comes into the store, walks between the paying customers to the coffee and helps himself with no regard to people that have already paid and are waiting to get coffee. Manager did nothing.
Literally the worst Panera I’ve been to, also I’ve had to ask for my cup ever single time I’ve been to this location
