Worst service ever. Waited 20 minutes for my food. Manager was not helpful
I was very disappointed with this Panera bread and I absolutely love this restaurant. I asked for “no ice” in my large drink and I was told that was not allowed. Instead, I was given a large drink filled 3/4th full as a compromise. The manager, Kayleen, was an absolute jerk and treated her customers very badly threatening to cancel our sip club membership over no ice. This is unacceptable behavior for a manager representing Panera bread. I’ll be sure to avoid this location as much as possible
Non existent service and unfriendly staff. Food took forever. Employees openly complaining about working where customers can hear.
