We recently gathered with my sister and brother-in-law for a brief dinner that was enjoyable. Although the cost matched typical Panera prices, the meal was acceptable—neither exceptional nor poor. The layout differed from other Panera sites I have seen, yet the space was clean and the staff were welcoming.
This is the worst Panera I’ve been to. We are strictly vegetarians who ordered vegetarian menu items. Why did we get served a toasted caprese sandwich w chicken and why did the Mediterranean veggie sandwich have chunks of chicken? The service was absolutely slow. We had to wait an extra 15 mins after the designated time of pick up for rapid pick up. The staff does not seem to be fully trained as to what ingredients go in what menu items. Very poor service take forever to get orders then everything they was wrong
Every time I order delivery through the Panera App something is forgotten. This used to be my favorite restaurant but even when i order before 8am some of my favorite breakfast items are "sold out". Today I am missing 2 large drinks which cost me over$10 so I called Panera and they say I have to contact the delivery service... which i have no way of knowing.
