My food was improperly packed leaked all over my coat, leaked all over my car. Was also incomplete and when I went back to retrieve my missing item I asked to speak with the manager and discuss the situation was told I didn't need to speak to a manager. $60 for family of four dinner that is spilled and missing items and customers are told that they don't need to complain to anyone. I used to love Paneras, but the food quality has plummeted. My husband and I ordered potato soup and a Greek salad...the potato soup was a watery disgusting mess with hardly any potatoes in it and every tomato in the salad was rotten...Paneras has lost two customers.
When I went to order they said they stop serving a new menu item.the mananger didn't suggest nothing close to what I wanted just sat their looking at me. I've worked fast food before but that was horrible service.will not be going back.
