Why is there always the longest line at this panera? All registers should be open and working during lunch!

Food as as good as in all Panera but the service is the slowest I've experienced at ANY Panera. Heaven forbid if they ever get a real rush.
Asiago RB substitute with extra slice of cheese (no meat), broccoli cheese soup (chicken stock though) and a hunk of bread. YUM
