Stopped in to have dinner, I waited by the cash register for about 10 minutes, but nobody came up to the counter. Then I finally said hello is anybody there and I’m assuming the shift leader who was a female with a headset on said I’ll be there in a minute. She then went back into the kitchen area, where I guess people were just standing around talking because No orders being made. Waited in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes. Watched two staff members throwing water at each other while another guy loaded bags. Kept pulling things out and looking at them like he had no clue what was what. Multiple bags were loaded before our order came out.
Zero star Sure thing! Here’s a simplified version: This Panera Bread location is consistently slow, and despite asking multiple times not to include bacon for religious reasons, it still happens. I won’t be returning.
