The only 2 non decaf containers were both completely empty, and when they replaced them, and I poured a cup of coffee, there were coffee grinds in my coffee.
I had an experience this week that completely restored my faith in people. On Monday, I lost my wallet and searched everywhere with no luck. I was convinced it was gone for good. Today, I stopped into Panera at the Waterworks and unbelievably, they had it. Not only was it safely returned, but nothing was missing. Every dollar was still there. There is one manager who is fantastic always upbeat and friendly she is thin and has brown hair n glasses..I got a bad memory so can't remember her name atm. The is also one who seems to has something against us for reasons unbeknownst to anyone but her lol but we love the coffee bagels are great and our pup loves it
