I’ve been to this Panera twice and last Thursday definitely was the last time I’ll be going in. I had 30 minutes for lunch break and the kids in the back act like they aren’t working or care less about the job they have. Really need to hire better staff the darker skin boy kinda chubby stuck his fingers in my soup and has the worst attitude ever.
Food was cold. Sandwich was not what I ordered. The cook was swinging a broom like a baton in the kitchen while they were preparing food. Cookie and scone were old and stale.
Awful. Drive thru takes FOREVER, the car in front of me was parked for 5 minutes waiting for their order before I saw a worker come to the window. Corporate needs to come in and take this location over, it does not meet standards.
