Hi my name is Anthony and I must say I've received great customer service from Ms shatara from the start she was very helpful to me when I walked in Panera Bread with assisting me with the prices and delicious sandwiches. May her efforts continue to be a example for others to follow.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I walked in , no greeting, no one asked how I could be assisted…. No one was even behind the counter. Negative 50 out of ten. Terrible service .
This is just my second time here and I will make it a point to never come back to this particular store. The customer service is bad and all I ordered was a mango smoothie and it’s taken almost 20 minutes. Also it isn’t busy so it isn’t as if they have tons of orders up which then I would be understanding but this is ridiculous. I will never send anyone here… As I finished typing this someone finally came to the window. He apologized that no one gave me my smoothie and that he will remake it because it was no longer a smooth... read more
