With a mindset for coffee & pastry, it was disappointing to encounter empty pots of coffee and have to wait some 15 mins for replenishment......
This is a very busy location. Many people, including me, work remotely regularly there. This is a friendly atmosphere among the staff and the customers. The temperature control could be improved and made more comfortable and consistent but not a big deal. I have never experienced a bad meal at this restaurant. The sip club is a great program.
Went to order online. Was out of all but two breads I selected one. Waited five minutes to finish my selections for a group. Went to finish said out of stock of the second to last bred. Ridiculous that your out of all but one bread. This is the second time something like this has happened. I don't think they run a smart business if they can't keep there bread and bakery properly stocked.
