For years this was a great PB with great dependable service. Today was a bad experience. Order was placed over 30 minutes ago and still not ready even thus the board said it was ready 20 minutes ago. Employees seemed totally unconcerned. I won’t be back.

The store is filthy. You can hear pipes rattling in the walls just from simply washing hands in the restroom. Employees with long hair and facial hair all over the place with NO hairnet or beard net. Employees making food then going and doing other things with the same gloves on (sweeping floor, answering phone, taking orders, etc.) then proceeding to make food again with the same gloves. Marking orders as "complete" before they are even started on them. The only saving grace is the Asiago Roma Chicken Sandwich.

The manager was up front and asked what delivery order i had, i told her, and she walked away and never followed up about it. I waited 20 minutes and a different employee saw i had been waiting a while and asked which order i had. The order hadnt even been started at this point when this employee asked. Anyways they made sure to make it for me immediately and i had it within 5 minutes. I dont know what this MANAGER is doing, but its not her job thats for sure, and the cooks or someone are bumping off unmade orders from their... read more
