Bakery order was missing 3 macrons and cherry pastry. Extremely upset .
I tend to give a business multiple opportunities before I leave a poor rating. Panera on Gunbarrel is absolutely the worst I've ever been to in terms of service. They have a "rapid order pickup", however, it can take upwards of 45 minutes to actually get your mobile order. You order online, it gives you a pick up time and not once in the last 4 times I've been here has it ever been ready.
