Ordered 12 bagels sliced with cream cheese and picked up 12 bagels not sliced, no cream cheese.
We ate there 2 weeks ago for the first time in years. We used to love it, now we've vowed to never go back. The service was slow, they got my husband's order wrong twice, and the tea was awful. It tasted like they had mixed it with another drink. We poured it out and got another with the same results. The meal cost too much to not be able to eat, but that's what happened.
