I came to this Panera today and ordered a greed goddess salad. This salad has bacon and I did not notice this when I ordered. I am Muslim, as soon as the girl that makes the salad noticed my hijab and the bacon in the salad she came and said. “I’ll be more than happy to remake you that salad without bacon” and she took it and brought me a fresh one. I was extremely disappointed with my experience regarding the free sourdough promotion. I called the store ahead of time to confirm availability before making any plans. The first employee I spoke with stated that I needed a code from the app to receive the promotion. After that, she changed her response and told me they did have enough sourdough available in-store. Always good for a quick meal. A little pricey these days. Soup and salad for $14. Nice that you can grab a meal and sit and visit without getting rushed out the door.
