Terrible; possibly the worse I’ve seen for Panera. Missing food, not honoring specific custom allergenic requests. It may help to have English reading and writing employees.
This place is SO SLOW. Employees move like snails. No tables, just a little waiting area that gets pretty packed. Waste of time!
Super friendly staff, super fast. Only bad thing is that they don't have bathrooms or that it's not a drive thru. They expect you to use the kiosk.
