Bread is now from frozen. Not fresh. They turned this company into a cash cow for shareholders at the cost of their customers and franchise owners.
You can sit outside by the lagoon that resembles a third world country... The parking lot is inviting accidents. They jammed this Panera in with kiosks only. Hope its not the sign of the future
I ordered from the Panera App for delivery. Long story short- the Door Dash driver cancelled the order without my knowledge and kept the food. I called and spoke with Orlando and he was AMAZING at problem solving the issue and keeping me updated on how to fix the situation. Thank you Orlando for your great customer service.

Soy cliente frecuente de Panera Bread desde hace años; mi esposa y yo hemos visitado muchísimas locaciones y siempre hemos tenido buenas experiencias… hasta hoy.
