Ordered online. How can you mess up an online order that is clearly marked? Apparently these people can. I ordered mayo on my sandwich and pesto on the side. When I opened my sandwich, there was no mayo and so much pesto on my sandwich, on both sides of the sandwich and all over the wrapper. Completely inedible! I just had surgery and can’t leave the hotel. So now I’m going to bed hungry and out $15. I’m highly hangry at this point. If I could give them negative stars, I would!

Someone has to put a review in about the manager, who is not willing to help the only employee that is in there making all of the orders… He is darker skinned with a nose ring and is unwilling to help the employee when they have back to back orders. I had asked if he would possibly help her and he turned his head and walked away to continue cleaning out the trash. My order took over 20 minutes !
