I don't go to Panera anymore since they sold and made so many changes. I went there to get lunch for my mother-in-law. Using the app was quite frustrating. I had to order it 3 times, plus I had to enter the location 3 times. I finally got it to work. Her lunch was ready rather quickly.
The take out manager is awesome! I ordered delivery which arrived missing items. He took care of everything and saved the day. Really appreciate his kindness
