Panera has gone downhill! They were out of bread, out of chips, and we ended up with a sad apple. Food did not feel fresh and healthy. Avacados were hard as a rock and inedible (wish you would have just told us you were out of those too instead of adding them to our sandwhich).
The sandwich I received was missing ingredients and lacked flavor. I called to inform the manager about the issue, but the response I received was completely inappropriate for the situation. I found out that they didn’t forget the ingredient; they simply didn’t have it in stock but chose to sell the sandwich anyway. Unbelievable. They should have either informed me that the sandwich was unavailable or at least given a heads-up about the missing ingredient.
