This place is a DUMP. The garbage area inside was overflowing all over the place. The crew seem unaware of the store's deficiencies. I do not need to eat inferior meals at sky high prices anymore. I work nearby, yet rather travel elsewhere than go back. I am horrified. The last time I stopped in around two years ago, I had a pleasant experience. What the heck happened? Panera, take a long hard look at this mess. Panera, your customers need better food, environment, and service.
Hair in the food and wrong order
Consistently sends out my delivery order wrong. They do refund it however when I have to reorder the order and get it delivered again it doesn't really cover the inconvenience. Plus it ends up costing more since I lose out on the reward I used with my initial order. This has happened to me twice in two weeks. Time find a new lunch spot, just not consistent enough for me. Just writing this review while I am hungry and waiting on my replacement lunch.
