It's Panera so I don't expect much but I've always had to wait 20+ minutes to get food here. You can usually hear people in the kitchen cussing at each other, which is at least entertaining while you wait.
Ordered rapid pickup. Got to the store which was a zoo and after arriving received an email my order was delayed. I waited 40 min and my order wasn't even started yet. Asked to cancel my order where I was asked to write my name on a piece of paper and they would cancel it once the manager was available. They did eventually cancel the order and a refund was issued. I didn't order because they were already putting the coffee away when I came at 7:30. I'm tired and don't want to be the person to ask the to bring the coffee back out after they've put it away but most Panera allow you to order coffee right up until close.
This location has the worst service, every time, without fail.
