I placed to go order. The order was messed up. They offered every single possible way to fix it for me and we're great about it.
Waited 30 min for a toasted bagel that they forgot to add cream cheese. Not clean environment. Horrible service.
Had to wait for my food but Miles was very attentive and help make the wait less frustrating. Miles gets an A plus for great customer service.

Been to a lot of Paneras, this is by far the worst. Out of tuna, out of Diet Pepsi, don’t have croissants, all in the same visit. People are inept, can’t properly place your order while you’re standing there in front of them. Unbelievable.
