I usually don't leave negative reviews but at this point it's too much and crossed all the lines. My experience is not unique to this location only but across the board and I already spoke with customer service regarding the same. I'm placing online order ahead of time/day before to pick up souffles in the morning and keep on getting calls that they ran out of souffles. I got my sandwich really burnt. I told the girl my sandwich was burnt and she shrugged. When I told her I don’t eat burnt food you’re gonna have to make me another sandwich she got so mad and threw it in the garbage with lots of attitude. This is my favorite fast food. I was so bummed to have this experience. I hope they change staff so I can have a great experience again.
There was hardly any meat on my french dip. So it was pretty much all bread being dunked into French onion soup. In the french onion soup had hardly any flavor definitely not worth $17.
I have ordered a couple of times but I have never complained - I placed an order on the mobile app and was there 3 minutes before my time and when I gave my name they said yes your order is ready - I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes when I get up to the window they asked again what was my order they said oh we gave it out by mistake I had to wait another 10 minutes- I understand mistakes happen but then I saw the sandwich I had to post a review - it's a grill cheese with one slice of cheese - will not be returning
