waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes just to find out when i got home they gave me the wrong food. Correct receipt, wrong food. The funny thing is the receipt says checked by ________ blank. When i called to address the phone system said to call back after 1pm. When i finally got a hold of them they said I had to come back in person to resolve the charges.

The staff was friendly and helpful, as usual. I ordered a pick two with a sandwich and salad.... I'm not sure what happened, but my chicken sandwich was soaking wet, like it was set down in a puddle or someone spilled water all over it. Ended up throwing it in the trash. The salad was okay.
