Love Panera BUT Do not place order online. Their build tickets do not put all the food that you are supposed to get on it. Therefore, they short you food. The value duets are supposed to come with bread. However, when you order more than one value duet, it does not put the bread on the a ticket and they short you your bread. so my car ran out of gas in the drive through, horrible day but the staff there was so incredibly helpful they pushed my car and one of the staff even went home to get me a gas can. truly thankful that happened in there parking lot, also my sandwhich was delicious as usual.
I tried to order in app but unfortunately the app is still having issues along with my gift card in the app. However, manager CiCi and team member Olivia did an amazing job at fixing it within cafe. They were both very helpful and sweet as well as professional with exceptional customer service skills. Thank you so very much!! 5 stars for this location, the app however does need improvement.
