Sandwich was missing 3 ingredients and the ingredients that were present and unevenly spread throughout sandwich. Soup was warm. Employees were not friendly and were having very loud personal conversations. Tables and floor were dirty. Drink area was dirty and there was a large puddle on the floor unattended. A personal friend of an employee was in kitchen area with personal drinks and talking loudly and actively vaping. Go somewhere else.
Last month I did an online order. One item was unsweetened tea. Lady hands me a HALF a large cup, and says we're out. No refund on that. Last night I placed a larger bagel order for a physician office for next day pickup. Go there at my pickup time, they don't have all my order....again!! No apology. Called and spoke to manager, Tim. He offered me a refund and a "sincere apology". No coupon or anything for my half hour of wasted time driving round trip for nothing. Gas isn't free, Tim!!! Do better!! Vaping out side the side door next to DT while having a not work appropriate convo is such a bad look. This place has demonstrated so much unprofessionalism. I truly hope something changes
