Absolutely wonderful store, with great people.
Never been to Panera until now.. and I regret having to say that. 😂 Went for their famous Broccoli Cheddar soup and it was just as amazing as everyone says. Gotta give props to the staff here tho!! I went for soup because I'd recently had some dental work done and my face was insanely swollen, but the staff didn't make me feel awkward or embarrassed about it and they were incredibly friendly. We even had a small mix-up on our order, but they fixed it quickly and with a smile! 💙
I don't normally choose Panera due to high prices and so many experiences of bad service. But someone else set up the meeting and was paying. Food and atmosphere were ok but nothing outstanding. Things just aren't as good since they stopped baking things in house. Wait time to get our food was slow as is typical for all Paneras.
This is the chicken rice soup. It’s scorched obviously. I could smell it before I opened it. I started to dump it then thought no, I need a photo.Next to the scorched soup is a grilled cheese that is literally just warm bread. It’s unbelievable anyone would be stupid or lazy enough to actually pack this mess up and send it out.
