Store # 204780, 2070 Walker Lake Road, Ontario, OH. Update 8/20/2025: 2pm, Waited 5 minutes at counter...still no cashier. So, asked if there was a cashier...employee pointed ro employee behind us emptying trash cans. Thst employee then came to the register and took our order. Food was ready in 6 minutes...except, wife's salad was missing tomato and avocado....and soups were reversed on the plates. No touch paper towel dispenser in mens restroom was not working. We had food brought in at work. Myself and another girl got the tomato soup and the side salad. The soup was phenomenal. The salad the lettuce on it tastes terrible. We both threw the salad away. Was not a good one with strawberries on it. I think that was the lettuce was tasted awful. There was something wrong with it. What a shame because their food is not cheap. I mean the tomato soup. No complaints but the salad was awful.
I always order take out and I have to repeat me order several times…. No biggie but it’s not always correct and when I go pick it up it’s typically not always ready at the time it says.
Spent $47. I asked simply for a box to put my left over food in and they gave me a Bag.. and said that’s all they could do? The tables were dirty and the atmosphere seemed less then pleasant
