Don't want to be negative, buy I would never come to Panera for Bfast unless I am meeting others like today. It is just not for me. A bagel and a drink was $8. Asked for an extra cream cheese and they wanted $1.70. Just way to overpriced for an average joe.
Panera has awesome food! I've had way better prepared meals at the other Panera on Lexington in Mansfield. At this location they've actually goofed up my meals a few times, but other than that it's fabulous
Lexi took my order today she was very nice and understanding! Very patient and also had an awesome personality for it to be so long into her shift
Great service, great food, but had to "hunt" for a clean table.
The place needs better customer service and a cleaner environment. Counter where you pick up the food was sticky. Doors had all kinds of hand prints. Carpet looked filthy.
