TL;DR: just go to Starbucks if you wanna use your own drink container. Store seemed very clean, standard Panera “oasis”… but the associate was extremely unhelpful, wasteful, and brusque. I wanted to use my own container for my drink, and when I went through drive through, the very helpful and kind sounding associate said they would do that inside.
