I ordered delivery, got a decent amount of food so it was a big bag and didn’t think anything of it! Opened the bag once I got in, something was missing. Called Panera, and spoke to the manager John and let him know the situation, he was very apologetic although it wasn’t his fault and not only did he give me what I was missing, he also upgraded it! Ranch was warm and tasted sour- croutons were too many and bacon wasn’t enough. The mex corn chowder was weird flavor
Love this store. I stop by to get my coffee after training at the gym. I'm always greeted with a smile. Malcolm is the man!
