My uber eats order was missing a soup from another location and I called this one thinking it was probably this location (it wasn’t), and the manager was so kind and understanding. Without hesitation gave me a new soup, bread, and a cookie. I appreciate how thoughtful his actions were as it wasn’t even his locations fault and yet helped me. My broccoli cheddar soup was delicious and so was the cookie. Thank you!
Horrible management!! Horrible food. The number of complaints online with the BBB is greater than their income. The Health Department has been there many times. Kala the manager doesn't care about any customer or Panera's reputation. Kala knew their delivery was 45 minutes late for lunch/business meeting. In addition, the sandwiches were filled with sauce and cheese as if that was "a sandwich". It was embarrassing to see the quality of food Panera served for a catering order.
