Frequent missing of items ordered for delivery. Best they can do is give a small credit back. Unfortunately they don't check if the bag is fully packed with a complete order, nor can they re deliver. The manager is not accountable for the mistake past a credit, this has occurred multiple times. Would be nice if the team was coached to get the orders correct instead of inconveniencing the customer with half an order that can't be fixed. Normal. EXCEPT. THE WORKER WHO FROGOT MY SANDWICH. The said, ‘I swore I put it on there’ they indeed didn’t. My dad had a cold sandwich, and I got a forgotten sandwich. It was sad. There was also no baguettes in stock. That was worse. Thanks to the manager who found my sandwich. I also didn’t like the chunky pieces of chicken, I asked for pulled. It was chunks. Idc. I got sandwich.
Ordered a salad, sandwich, and mac and cheese for my family. Within hours we all came down with food poisoning. I used the kiosk to order, not one staff member acknowledged me while waiting for my food. Behind the counter the staff talked away, one of them pointing out she knows all the “short cuts”. I can’t help but wonder if the short cuts are what made my family so sick. Will never return.
Except for the occasional misstep of an incorrect order during a rush, their food is correctly crafted and graciously served. If it wasn’t for this location, I would probably never patronize Panera. However tasty, they are a bit overpriced.
