Bummer of an experience. I have a lactose allergy. No lactose free options or assistance of any kind. Cashier asked manager. She was of no assistance. Asked to substitute another meat for egg and cheese. Response was for added cost. Cashier was nice and tried her best though.
Blueberry bagels are ridiculous. If the product doesn’t meet a standard then it shouldn’t be sold. I’ve never seen a bagel as bad as this.
The whole point of going through a drive through is to make it quick & fast. This drive through needs to get a LOT better at that. Waiting over 6minutes just to place an order is crazy. I love Panera & I hope the next time I try this location it’s better but the past 4 times have been very bad!
Worst Panera Bread I have been to! I tried to go through the drive through and after 10 minutes and a car ahead of me I’d didn’t even order. The. I finally ordered and they were rude. She kept on saying “I’m done, I’m just done”. I ordered and asked to give her my number since I’m a sup club member and she said “I’ll just take it at the window.” It was taking so long I got out of the drive through to simply grab my coffee (sandwich was obviously not ever going to get made…) no one was working the counter and there was a line... read more
