The food is very good. I think it's a little expensive. Best deal is to be a VIP, with it's deals makes it a little more competitive price-wise If you're a regular. Buying gift cards when they offer 20% off helps too. Depending on the actual store cleanliness and overall store amenities really varies.
The employees were not friendly and they were barely working. It took about 15 minutes for them to take our order and only 2 people infront of us (1 only order pastries so they only had to put those in a bag). By far the worst service I have had at a Panera. This area has several other restaurant options and I will definitely use those instead of going back there.
Food was good as always. Bathrooms were a mess though.
