I come to this location regularly, and this interaction was extremely disappointing. My food was handed to me without a drink. There was an unlabeled drink sitting separately in another pickup section, with a wooden divider between it and the food I had been given, so I simply asked whether that drink belonged to my order. The staff at this Panera were friendly enough, however, the quality of the food was unsatisfactory. Panera soup used to be my favorite. I discovered unidentified objects in my soup, (Broccoli cheddar) which was excessively runny. My previous experiences at Panera were considerably more favorable. This recent meal was distressing and left me feeling unwell. Makes me feel like they are scooping up the leftovers out of the trash with pieces being in there and just using them for new orders.
