Showed up at this location only to learn they are closed. No idea if that’s permanent or temporary.
Service is mediocre. There are a couple of women who work at the cash register who are very friendly. Otherwise, you are treated like you are inconveniencing them by being there. A little rudeness; a lot of lack in basic customer service skills. The food here is better than at the Catonsville location on Route 40. The Catonsville Panera skimps on ingredients in sandwiches and salads. Boulevard Place Panera offers selections that are chock-full with ingredients just as advertised. Two stars because the girl Stephanie up front almost got smacked for running her mouth. Get better people!!!!
The food was ok but the service was not good. There was a long wait but it wasn't busy. The restaurant was not clean even though it was 9am! This used to be my favorite go-to, but not anymore.
