The food was OK, but they were missing a lot of things. It was a little bit weird. They told us that they had no more foam for the coffee. I wouldn’t be surprised they bought foam in a jar or something. But that’s weird because you make foam out of the milk when it’s hot. Also, they forgot to put some things on our food. But the staff was very friendly.
They missed one of the items on my order, absolutely no effort put it whatsoever, either they need to train them better or just get new staff
It's sad to see Panera fall so quickly in value and quality, I use to enjoy bringing my Mom and treat her to her favorite 2 for special wow nearly $40 for us use to be around $28. The only reason I came this time because i had a survey card worth $50 last time. I spend one dime on Panera bread 🥪 🤔.
Love the bagels jalapeños and cheese and everything bagels soups and salad a little pricey
Sold me burnt Asiago Cruisant Twists. They should've told me at the drive through. Bad practice, poor service. Picture doesn't do these justice, their badly burnt.
