Very impressed with the staff. They are incredibly friendly and make it a great environment to be at.
We ordered one bagel with cream cheese and one pastry. There was no one available to take orders, so we used a kiosk. Several of the kiosks were not working properly, and there was no staff around to assist. Unfortunately, both the pastry and the bagel were stale. The bagel was also not sliced, and since the order was to go, I had no way to slice it myself and had to wait before I could even eat it. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
They were closed because of the inclement weather… didn’t update website or app yet someone went to the physical location to put up a sign. Cried because all I wanted was Mac and cheese.
