I think Panera has been improving lately, and this location is a good example. Delicious, fresh food, quick and thoughtful service, calm atmosphere, and the whole place is super clean. The crew really puts in the effort, and we appreciate it! We have been there twice in the past month and will return. I like ordering from the kiosk, it's easy to scroll thru all the options and customize your order without holding up the line.
OK Panera seriously are you guys doing? How the hell are you going to market the stuffer sandwich charge an arm and a leg and not even get a half sandwich. I’m so pissed right now. Getting charged almost $12 for not even a 6 inch half type of a sandwich. This is ridiculous. I’m a huge Panera Bread fan. I’ve been dying to try the stuffer. The manager that was grabbing the order was very rude and every single question my husband and I asked, he would barely give us a reply back. We don’t live by this area at all, and I would’ve thought this location at the Hammocks was going to be 5 star. If you don’t like your job, might as well just quit. Shame on the manager at this Panera bread location.
