The food used to be good but every time I eat here the portions get smaller and the quality looks worse. Go have a sit down meal elsewhere at an actual restaurant.
I had a very frustrating experience at Panera Bread today. My drive-thru order was missing items, and I only realized it after I had already driven off and reached home. I don’t know why they would tape the order if they don’t have the intention to check before delivering the order at drive thru.When I went back to get what was missing, there was no apology, no courtesy, and no sense of accountability from the staff. I aways order from this panera location on door dash and it’s good every time me and my best friend were hanging out one day and we decided to go to the panera in hazlet and OMG MY GOD IT WAS SOOO GOOD I aways pick the you pick two and get the cream of chicken and wild rice soup with greek salad and it’s SO good 🤤🤤🤤
Steve is a great shift manager. This Panera is always spotless, food comes fast and people that work in the kitchen are very professional. You won’t find snippy kids working at this place like some paneras in my area. We stop in on weekly basis and all experiences are 5 stars. Thank you for running a tight ship!
