Kim was awesome taking our order. She had a very pleasant demeanor. I had tomato soup and a bacon turkey bravo sandwich. My wife had a bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup. She loved the bread. The restaurant was neat and clean. I will be back.
1 STAR — Extremely Disappointing Experience at Panera Bread This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Panera Bread. First, it took almost 5 minutes just for someone to take my order at the drive-thru. That alone was frustrating, especially considering there was NO ONE behind me in the drive-thru. After placing my order, I pulled around to the drive-thru window and ended up waiting another 10 minutes for my food. So we’re talking about approximately 15 minutes total, with no line behind me.
