I stopped by the Panera on Sugarloaf Parkway this morning around 9:30 a.m. and was disappointed. I ordered a simple Asiago bagel with plain cream cheese through the drive-thru, but the customer service was cold from start to finish. There was no friendly greeting, no total given after my order, no “thank you,” and when I got to the window, the employee simply took my payment, handed me my change and food, and said nothing.
