I usually have great experiences with this brand, but this specific location needs significant training on drink preparation and food quality. I ordered an iced Crème Brûlée Latte, but it was served warm in a hot coffee cup. When I pointed this out, the barista simply poured the hot liquid into a plastic cup and added ice. Ordered a club sandwich and 3 hairs were in it. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered $25 of food and the order taker was not friendly at all. Horrible service.
This location used to be my favorite Panera, but over the past couple of months my orders have frequently been made incorrectly. Service has been slower than usual, and interactions with the manager have not been helpful.
