I have been to many Paneras on both east and west coast and have always experienced uniformly goog quality coffee and food. This Paneras apparently was the outlier. Hazelnut coffee which I enjoy whenever I go was weak and cold. Even the " fresh: pot was weak. Tried the dark roast instead and again was disappointed by weak brew. I did not get a sandwich this time as I noticed the limited bagel selection were all 3/4 the normal size....the size of a frozen Lender's bagel. Disappointing
