Llegué a Panera junto a mi hija, no le entendí a la muchacha del micrófono (pasé por el Drive-Thru) entonces pedí a alguien latino para comunicarme mejor, me pasaron a alguien latino y le pregunté que llevaba el mix n' match, me respondió que sopa, ensalada y pan, le dije que que opciones podía tomar, y me repitió ABSOLUTAMENTE lo mismo, no me tomaba mi orden correctamente y tuve que bajarme del auto para ir personalmente a pedir mi comida a alguien EstadoUnidense. Made a delivery order tonight received 2 of the 4. Items I ordered. I called the store and was told to call DoorDash. I'm not calling DoorDash. I'm calling corporate... that's ridiculous 🤷‍♀️ i didn't call doordash for the order.I called panera. Don't order delivery every time I do.It's a frustrating experience. I do wanna give a shout out to the male supervisor (don't remember his name) The last time I ordered and there were problems. He fixed it immediately, but not today. I cannot recommend Panera Bread located at Everett Mall Way enough! I placed an online order for four people and realized after the fact that I’d forgotten to ask for the sandwiches to be quartered so we could all sample each kind. When I called, the staff was honest and warned me that they usually only cut them in half because quarters might fall apart. I asked her to try anyway, but I didn't expect much.
