Sam was fantastic! I had to leave a message when I first called, but he returned my call within hours. His communication and follow through was excellent. I received a quote within an hour of talking with him. We were able to book a day easily and within a reasonable timeframe. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. Wow, wonderful job! I am very particular and he took such great care to get everything very clean. What a difference. At the end, he walked around to make sure everything looked good from the inside (some folks don't do this). He was very pleasant to be around, an overall great experience. It was a very cold day, so thank you for enduring that.
Sam and his crew were fantastic. Great communication, were super respectful of our sleeping baby, and most importantly, got our windows sparkling. 11/10 would recommend!
