This place is incredible. Very helpful, kind, informative and easy to work with. We have a custom piece on order with them and are super excited for this addition to our home! Brandon is amazing and follows through even when he is off for the day!! I appreciate a business that sees the project through till the end and makes sure the customer is happy and satisfied. If you are looking for a special piece or floor etc. for your home, you will be very happy you check this out!
The team did a great job explaining products and verified the right mix of products for our antique wood floor.
Sales associates were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our MANY questions. Brandon even responded to our online questions on weekends and on his days off. Brazilian cherry flooring has been installed and is amazing!

Ben did a wonderful job with our floor delivery. He was exactly on time, worked quickly and quietly (important with a newborn and a husband that works from home,) and even stacked all of our flooring and materials in nice neat rows. We really appreciate the service and quality we've received from all of the staff at Panel Town.
