Service was sub par. Food average. We sat outside and flies were horrible!!!. Mentioned it and staffed blamed it on the food. Really??!. Not going back
The food was amazing, and very tasty. The service was awful--me and my gf were not priority, and hated asking for anything. Staff were NOT friendly. For this reason...we won't be back .
My friend and I found this place but did not know we had to have reservations. We sat at the bar on the patio outside and it was awesome! Great atmosphere, great servers, and just GREAT! This was the best Italian restaurant that I have ever stepped into! Will definitely be back in our next Charleston visit!
Horrible customer service. I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff from the moment I made my reservation. The waiter was rude and inattentive. I work as a waitress in Charleston as well, so I understand if a server is busy or stressed out but this guy was not friendly at all. Awesome Italian and great service. This a regular spot for us.
This was my first visit from out of town and I had SPAGHETTI AL PESTO using gluten-free penne pasta. It was out of this world delicious! Our servers and the owner made us feel so welcomed and special. Thank you for an amazing dining experience! I will be back!
