While I haven't done the piercing yet, the staff answered all my questions, let me know what to expect and pre-ordered my hoops. I'm looking forward to getting the piercing in a few weeks
Colossal waste of time, not only was I there before 3:30 but left without any piercings! Told to wate for the autoclave for 45 minuets (which was fine) when we came back at 4:30 they were out to lunch. Came back again at 5 like the sign said and was told they couldn't even get me in and to come back monday. I drove from Montrose just to get my piercing done here so to be told to come back another day after wating around so long is ridiculous!

I am so sorry, we did not get lunch until 4:15 on Saturday. I am not sure what piercing you were here to get or why you were told that we could not pierce you when you returned at 5. in your complaint it does not say what you were here to have pierced as i would like to offer you it for FREE. We were short handed on top of us doing a special on Saturday so IM sorry I wasn't able to help you.
Great place, took the little one to get her ears done for her birthday, staff was great, very nice and helpful. Thank you guys

I have had 4 piercings and/or stretches done by Jen and she has always taken such good care of me, my sister, my mom and both daughters. We won't go anywhere else! Wonderful service, she makes the whole experience comfortable and easy!
