Such an amazing experience from start to finish! I worked with a beautiful associate, Ruby. She was attentive and showed me various options. She helped me make my decision and I ended up with a beautiful ring! I highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking for helpful associated and beautiful products!

Had to wait for 15 minutes but it was the after Xmas sale. When my turn came around, the asst took all the time I needed to help me with my choices. Worth the wait!
I was in this store today and it was CATOTIC waited over 20 minutes before I walked out and went to Van Moure, the store manager was zero help as she stood behind a computer while the store was full of people and only had 5 staff members are you kidding me! I will NEVER go back to this store with the negative energy that comes from this store and the disorganization is disgusting
