I went to Kiefer Jewelers to buy myself a gift, and ended up having a wonderful experience. I found the employees to be kind, helpful, professional, and I wasn’t treated like just another customer. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and I can attest that Kiefer’s stands behind their word. If “Quality, Value and Service” is their goal, then they surpassed it with me.

Brought in the stone to my wife's original engagement ring. We lost it 4 months ago and randomly found it in our garage. The jeweler made it into a beautiful necklace charm. Sarah was amazing from beginning to end. Will definitely be back for my future jewelry needs
I am just dumbfounded at the service and the quality of workmanship and the creativity and putting two of my rings together! One was my mother’s wedding bands, and the other was a Ruby that I had received from my parents. Emma was absolutely amazing as was everyone else on staff. They gave their full attention to me each time I came into the store.
