Disappointing to see only one person working with more than 3 parties waiting and many groups browsing and walking out. Peak shopping time on a Saturday afternoon in the shopping centre. Only had a click and collect to pick up. Poor planning.

I live in Thornlie and first took the train to Pandora Gateway, but they couldn’t help. So I went further down to Rockingham and was lucky to meet Joanne! I’d lost the ball on my open bangle just a week after buying it. Joanne explained it wasn’t a warranty issue, but still offered a replacement and showed me how to wear it properly. I didn’t plan to buy anything, but her amazing service changed my mind. This store is far from me, but I’ll definitely come back. Thank you, Joanne!
Went to the store yesterday, all of the staff were very pleasant and engaging. Must say that Bec was extremely friendly and professional went that extra mile for me.
