I live in Thornlie and first took the train to Pandora Gateway, but they couldn’t help. So I went further down to Rockingham and was lucky to meet Joanne! I’d lost the ball on my open bangle just a week after buying it. Joanne explained it wasn’t a warranty issue, but still offered a replacement and showed me how to wear it properly. I didn’t plan to buy anything, but her amazing service changed my mind. This store is far from me, but I’ll definitely come back. Thank you, Joanne!

Went to the store yesterday, all of the staff were very pleasant and engaging. Must say that Bec was extremely friendly and professional went that extra mile for me.

Today I was served by Porsche. The reason I am posting this is because she was attentive & listened to my requirements & I could see she is relatively new to the team but her knowledge & customer service …despite knowing she wouldn’t make the large sale because I was coming back…she gave service with a smile & the 100% commitment … I have to say she needs some recognition. Good job.

I do go to pandora now and then but disappointed to see ‘happy holidays’ on the front of your Mandurah store window. This is Australia, should be ‘ merry Xmas’ as it used to be.
