Tried to work with them on a customized ring. They ended up ghosting me and I went elsewhere.
Don’t waste your time coming here the doors are locked during business hours, Todd gave me the wrong size ring because he did not know how to measure ring sizes. They also won’t be there during their normal business hours if you try to exchange it, so don’t bother.
I had no idea what I was doing buying a gift/bracelet and Sophia and Asia helped me get the most amazing sea turtle charm to go with it. Super patient and so happy I stopped by.
Highly recommend! I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for my promise ring and they gave me no problem swapping it out! They were very understanding and helpful and I would definitely go back again!
Found this great store in Clearwater Mall. Went in to buy a Pandora bracelet for my sister for Christmas. Grant helped me and let me find just the right bracelet and charrms. Such a wonderful experience. I'll be back and I recommend this lovely store to anyone looking for just the right gift.
