Horrible customer service. I thought it was a one off a few months ago, but came back for a different item and the sales reps are rude and careless. I do not recommend this location.
Overall head a great experience Nelly helped me out big time resolving a issue 2 other stores couldn’t help me resolve when it comes to a store actually having knowledge on they’re products and the way that they’re programs work. They truly help me understand everything and broke down everything for me. Highly recommend, Ask for Nelly, The best!

Purchased 4 items 2/23 - 3 charms/1 ring. Was charged ~$420. Wasn’t an issue originally. Until I realized. I didn’t get a receipt. Checked my email and I was signed up for the protection plan in which I did not sign up for which is what piqued my curiosity. I go to the website and look up the items I purchased and they totaled to no more than $348. Including the protection plan I didn’t ask for nor was asked of $377 not including taxes. Where did the additional cost come from? Who knows. Just be weary of this location.
