Purchased 4 items 2/23 - 3 charms/1 ring. Was charged ~$420. Wasn’t an issue originally. Until I realized. I didn’t get a receipt. Checked my email and I was signed up for the protection plan in which I did not sign up for which is what piqued my curiosity. I go to the website and look up the items I purchased and they totaled to no more than $348. Including the protection plan I didn’t ask for nor was asked of $377 not including taxes. Where did the additional cost come from? Who knows. Just be weary of this location.

Leaving one star so that I can leave a review. The customer service in this store is so sad and alarming. I walked in and 3 associates were talking, tried to offer 0 assistance. And when I did ask for something the older lady with the dark hair( didn’t get her name) said we don’t have it and turned her back to me. She did that 3 times, once I confronted her about it, she claims she was trying to help. No apology, just a smirk on her face. The women that work her are old enough to kale better. But I guess not.
