Purchased a charm here despite the reviews already warning of dubious service here. I got my jewelry clean and come out like new ,Olivia thanks!! ,you did a good job. people are friendly and the place look neat.
Horrible customer service. I thought it was a one off a few months ago, but came back for a different item and the sales reps are rude and careless. I do not recommend this location.
