I’ve never left a 1-star review for a store before, but I’m doing it now because the staff were hostile and rude all three times I visited. I’ve been buying Pandora for years, and I understand that staff can vary from location to location—but wow, I’ve never felt so rushed and unsupported as I did at the Pandora in NorthPark. My girlfriend took me to an amazing restaurant yesterday and showed me a promise ring. I was so happy to receive it then I tried it and it didn’t fit so today she came to exchange it. The Pandora manager named Patty Maldonado said there are visible scratches so she was unable to return it. I asked to see another ring from there display case and there was also some scratches on that. She kept saying we can’t return. The workers here are extremely rude. I came to make a return and the lady treated me like I was inconveniencing them. She made it seem like returning a ring wasn’t in their policy and when I checked it was she never responded to me. She just glared at me. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong. I caught her rolling her eyes as I left. Unbelievable.
