Purchased a charm here despite the reviews already warning of dubious service here. As another reviewer stated in a similar experience, I had made my purchase and agreed to an emailed receipt from staff member, Xenia. When I double-checked the digital invoice after leaving the store, I noticed an extra charge for Pandora Care which was never mentioned or offered during the interaction. Horrible customer service. I thought it was a one off a few months ago, but came back for a different item and the sales reps are rude and careless. I do not recommend this location.

Overall head a great experience Nelly helped me out big time resolving a issue 2 other stores couldn’t help me resolve when it comes to a store actually having knowledge on they’re products and the way that they’re programs work. They truly help me understand everything and broke down everything for me. Highly recommend, Ask for Nelly, The best!
