Isaiah had no interest in offering customer service, he offered an inappropriate experience that was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The leadership representation of this Brand at Folsom Pandora does not meet or deliver the standards of Care or Deliver from their core values. It’s very disappointing to experience the backlash of these promotions.
Staff was extremely friendly and took care of what I needed.
Just drove here 45 minutes and it’s 6:58, store doesn’t close till 7 and nobody is in it doors locked lights off. Literally just needed a gift card. Smh
